She leads her dev scrum team with confidence and panache, is superb with Sketch, comfortable setting up and leading user research sessions and is able to work independently to produce insights quickly and utilize them effectively to iterate her designs. I've seen her ease onboarding challenges, increase adoption, add value, and produce genuine delight (even in enterprise customers!) Her work ethic is second to none, she always delivers when promised, often far above and beyond expectations.
